CASH B PAYMENT:

  • The balance of 50% will be paid lump sum upon completion of building without interest.

CASH C PAYMENT:

  • The balance of the TCP will be paid in twenty four (24) equal monthly installments.
  • No interest/No Down payment.
  • Monthly installments are covered by postdated checks.

BANK FINANCING:

  • Maximum loan is Php 1,000,000.00
  • The remaining balance shall be the Equity.
  • 5% discount of the equity paid if the buyer opts to pay in spot cash the total equity in one time.
